Welcome to the VicastCam Membership Service ("this Service")!
This Membership Service Agreement ("this Agreement") is entered into by and between VICAST INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ("Operator") and
the user of this service ("you," "User").
Before using this Service, please read this Agreement carefully, especially the core clauses regarding disclaimers, applicable law,
and dispute resolution, which are highlighted in bold. If you do not accept any term, please stop using immediately. Using this Service
constitutes your full reading, understanding, and agreement to be bound by this Agreement.
You confirm that you are at least eighteen years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction ("Adult").
This Service is not launched, promoted, or provided in Mainland China and is only available to users outside Mainland China. Minors must obtain explicit consent from their legal guardians before using this Service
and must use it under the supervision of their guardians; guardians must fulfill their custodial duties in accordance with the law.
Service Content
During your use of this Service, you will enjoy membership benefits. Membership benefits may include the following:
1 VicastCam exclusive premium features for members;
2 VicastCam advanced effects and tools;
3 Usage rights on mobile and computer devices.
You understand and agree that VicastCam has the right to adjust the above content based on operational circumstances within the scope permitted by law.
make adjustments; at the same time, to optimize the service, VicastCam may introduce new services and features, which will be included in
membership benefits or charged separately. The specific list of membership benefits shall be subject to the content displayed in real time on the "Membership Center" page within the VicastCam client.
Subscription and Cancellation
1 Subscription Types
1.1 One-Time Subscription Service (Non-Auto-Renewal)
A one-time purchase of a monthly/annual membership service is a one-time paid product and will not enable auto-renewal.
The service will automatically expire after the service period ends, and no automatic deduction will be initiated.
The monthly membership service period is 30 calendar days.
The annual membership service period is 365 calendar days.
1.2 Continuous Monthly/Annual Service (Auto-Renewal)
Before enabling the continuous monthly/annual auto-renewal service, the platform will not pre-select the option by default. You must actively check the box to confirm that you are fully aware of all billing cycles, deduction times, and cancellation methods before activation. There will be no silent activation or pre-selected auto-renewal behavior.
The continuous monthly/annual service is an auto-renewal subscription product. By activating this service, you are deemed to
authorize the operator to deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle from your linked payment account
(including but not limited to Apple ID account, Google Play account, third-party payment account,
etc.) when your current subscription period is about to expire.
The auto-renewal deduction time is within 24 hours before the current billing cycle expires.
You must ensure that the linked account has sufficient balance. If the renewal fails due to insufficient balance,
you shall bear the corresponding consequences.
1.3 Lifetime Membership Service
The lifetime membership is a one-time purchase of virtual benefits. After payment is completed, you obtain permanent usage rights,
and it does not support returns, exchanges, or cash redemption, except as required by law.
2 How to Cancel Auto-Renewal
You can cancel the enabled continuous monthly/annual service through the following methods:
2.1 iOS device (App Store) users:
Open "System Settings" on the iOS device → Tap your name → "Subscriptions" →
Select VicastCam subscription → Tap "Cancel Subscription".
2.2 Android device (Google Play) users:
Open the Google Play app → Tap the profile icon in the upper right corner →
"Payments and Subscriptions" → "Subscriptions" → Select VicastCam subscription → Tap "Cancel Subscription".
2.3 Within the VicastCam client (if applicable):
Open VicastCam → "My" → "Membership Center" → "Subscription Management" →
Click "Cancel Auto-Renewal".
Please ensure you complete the cancellation at least 24 hours before the current billing cycle ends to prevent the system from initiating
automatic payment.
After canceling auto-renewal, you may continue to enjoy all membership benefits during the current paid period until it expires.
3 Free Trial Activities
If the platform offers a free trial for membership, no charges will be incurred during the trial period; you must go to the subscription page and disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the trial ends; otherwise, the corresponding period fee will be automatically deducted after the trial ends. The 14-day statutory cooling-off rule in the EU and UK equally applies to paid orders converted from trials.
Refund Policy (Important)
1 Refund Application Channels
All in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play store
(including but not limited to membership subscriptions and one-time payments) must and can only have their refund applications submitted
through the official refund process of the corresponding payment platform.
1.1 Apple App Store Users:

After logging in with your Apple ID, select "Request a Refund" and follow the instructions to submit.
You can also go to "Settings" → your name → "Subscriptions" on your iPhone/iPad →
select VicastCam → scroll down and click "Report a Problem".
1.2 Google Play Users:
Refund Portal: https://play.google.com Click the profile photo in the top right corner →
"Payments and Subscriptions" → "Budget and Order History" → find the VicastCam order →
Click "Report a Problem" and follow the instructions to submit.
You can also operate through the "Payments and Subscriptions" → "Subscriptions" management entry in the Google Play app.
Please note: Google Play stipulates that for purchases older than 48 hours, refund requests
may need to be handled by contacting the developer directly. In this case, you can submit a refund application through the contact methods described in Section 7.9 of this agreement,
and we will cooperate with Google Play's policy to assist in processing.
2 Refund Decision Authority
All refund decisions (including whether to approve, the refund amount, and the time of receipt) are made solely by Apple or
Google Play in accordance with their respective payment service terms and local consumer protection laws.
The operator assumes no guarantee responsibility for the refund decisions of the payment platforms.
3 Service Coordination Mechanism
If you successfully obtain a refund through the above payment platform, the operator will, upon receiving the
refund/cancellation notice from the payment platform, simultaneously cancel or terminate your corresponding membership benefits (and the termination date may be retroactive to the
effective date of the refund). If you continue to use the refunded services after the refund, the operator reserves the right to claim
the corresponding service fees.
4 Statutory Right of Withdrawal for EU and UK Consumers
Under EU and UK consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal without cause ("cooling-off period").
If you apply for a refund based on this statutory right, you must submit your application through the official cancellation/refund process of Apple App Store or Google Play
and follow the specific operating instructions of the payment platform.
The operator does not directly accept applications for statutory withdrawal rights.
Important Notice:
If you wish to start using this service early within the 14-day cooling-off period, you need to actively confirm your
consent at the time of purchase. Once you confirm consent and start using the service within the cooling-off period, your right of withdrawal will be deemed partially
waived — you may still exercise the right of withdrawal, but the payment platform has the right to deduct a reasonable service fee calculated based on the actual duration of use
when processing the refund.
If you do not use this service during the cooling-off period, you may apply for a full refund.
Paid Services
1 Paid services and benefits are for personal use only. It is prohibited to provide paid benefits to third parties through gifting, lending, renting,
resale, bulk sharing, or other means.
2 You understand and agree that this service is a paid virtual value-added service. Under normal use and without service failure,
paid time-limited membership fees are generally non-refundable; however, EU/UK users have the
day cooling-off period withdrawal right, as specified in Section 3.4 of this agreement.
3 If you are completely unable to use membership benefits due to platform service failure or permanent product discontinuation,
and this meets the refund policy of the corresponding payment platform, you may apply for a refund through the corresponding payment channel.
4 This product is a virtual item and does not include human services. The virtual products you obtain are not eligible for return,
exchange, or cash redemption, nor may they be used for commercial purposes (e.g., trading, swapping, pledging).
All virtual products and their derivative services obtained through unofficial channels are not protected,
and VicastCam has the right to unilaterally reclaim and terminate the corresponding services. If there are violations such as account lending, bulk top-up, or malicious refund arbitrage, the operator has the right to directly and permanently terminate all membership benefits, and paid fees will not be refunded.
5 You shall fulfill all tax obligations in your jurisdiction in accordance with the law; it is prohibited to use paid services fraudulently.
Personal Information and Data Compliance (New Section for GDPR Compliance)
1 To provide membership subscription services, the operator will process your email, device, subscription order, and other personal information based on the principle of lawful necessity. All processing rules strictly follow the provisions of the "VicastCam Privacy Policy" and "GDPR and Data Protection" documents.
2 Financial and tax-related records such as user subscriptions and transaction orders will be retained for 5 years in accordance with global compliance requirements, and will be automatically destroyed upon expiration.
3 User data is stored on servers compliant with Singapore and EU regulations. Cross-border transfers adopt the EU 2021 version of SCC standard contractual clauses, and a DPA data processing agreement is signed with cloud service providers to ensure data protection levels comply with GDPR requirements.
4 You may exercise all statutory rights, including access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of data consent, through the "Personal Data Download" and "Account Deletion" options within the App. Withdrawal of consent does not affect completed subscription performance obligations.
Changes to Membership Service Benefits and Prices
1 Changes to Service Benefits
We reserve the right to change the benefits of VicastCam membership. VicastCam may be updated to
provide better or different features, or to replace/reduce some outdated features. You agree that the
VicastCam membership you subscribe to is subject to the benefits displayed in real time on the client within the subscription validity period.
2 Price Changes
We may change the current price of VicastCam membership, but we will notify you in advance.
If the price increases, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before charging you. The new price will only apply to
the first full renewal cycle that begins after the notice is sent. If 30 days' notice is not provided, the new price
will be deferred to the next renewal cycle.
If you do not wish to continue using VicastCam membership at the new price, you may cancel your subscription
through the subscription settings of Apple or Google Play before the current service period ends. Cancellation will take effect in the
next billing period after the current service period ends, unless otherwise provided by the applicable payment platform terms.
We may also from time to time offer different subscription periods and tier options, and the subscription fees for different subscription periods or tiers
may vary.
Minor Clause
1 Minors must obtain explicit consent from their legal guardians before using this service, and must use it under the supervision of their guardians;
guardians must fulfill their guardianship duties in accordance with the law.
2 Minors and their guardians shall bear legal responsibility for all usage behaviors and consequences of the minor.
3 Guardians should properly safeguard payment accounts and passwords to prevent unauthorized charges by minors.
4 If a minor purchases a paid membership without the guardian's permission, the guardian
may submit identity verification, proof of guardianship,
and purchase receipts via the service email service@vicastcam.com. We will complete the verification within 15 working days. If it is confirmed that the purchase was made by a minor
without permission, we will negotiate and handle the matter based on the actual circumstances (including but not limited to proportional
refunds or account freezing measures).
Other Terms
1 You may obtain VicastCam for free through promotional activities or other legitimate channels launched by VicastCam from time to time.
Related Rights. The aforementioned rights may be subject to limitations, which shall be subject to the specific feature interface prompts.
Other rights must still be obtained through subscription to this Service or other paid methods.
2 This Agreement and the relationship between you and the Operator shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China,
excluding conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement.
3 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties;
if negotiation fails, you and the Operator agree to submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
Courts with jurisdiction.
If you are a resident of a European Union member state, this jurisdiction clause does not affect your statutory rights under applicable local mandatory consumer protection laws.
Protect the legal rights enjoyed by law.
4 The Operator has the right to amend this Agreement during product testing and formal operation, and shall publicize such amendments through reasonable means such as in-product announcements or the official website.
Once the amended terms are published, they become an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect. If you do not agree to the amendments, you must cease using this Service.
It shall have equal legal effect. If you do not agree to the revisions, you shall cease using this service.
5 You and the Operator are independent civil subjects; this Agreement does not constitute any legal relationship such as agency, partnership, employment, co-operation, or joint venture.

6 Apple Inc. and Google LLC serve only as distribution and payment channels for VicastCam,
and do not participate in the operation of the product or the provision of membership services, and bear no contractual or tort liability for VicastCam or this Service.
Contract and Tort Liability.
7 This Agreement takes effect from the date you accept the terms and complete the subscription payment; the Agreement terminates when the Operator ceases the Service or your usage rights are revoked. After termination, your obligations and liabilities during the term of this Agreement shall remain in effect.
The agreement terminates when you lose the right to use. After the termination of the agreement, your obligations and liabilities during the period of existence shall survive.
8 The copyright of the text of this Agreement is owned by the Operator. The Operator has the right to amend the Agreement in accordance with laws, regulations, and business needs, and holds the lawful right of interpretation.

10 Limitation of Liability
(1) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, business interruption, or damage to goodwill) arising from this Service, this Agreement, or your use of this Service.

No liability is assumed.
(2) Under no circumstances shall the Operator’s total cumulative liability to you exceed the total
service fees you have paid to the Operator for the Service in the past 12 months.
This limitation of liability does not apply to personal injury or death
or property damage caused by the Operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, nor to circumstances where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
