VicastCam uses these permissions solely to provide relevant features. Without your explicit authorization, we will not store, sell, or share your camera footage or microphone audio content.

Data Security Protection

To protect user data security, VicastCam adopts industry-standard security measures, including but not limited to:

Data Transmission Protection: Uses secure communication protocols such as TLS 1.3 to protect data transmission between the application and services, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

Static Data Encryption: Applies AES-256 encryption standards to stored user-related data.

Data Access Control: Restricts access to user data, allowing only authorized personnel to access relevant data within the scope necessary for providing services, maintaining the system, or resolving technical issues.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Minimizes data access permissions based on job responsibilities.

Regular Security Audits: Continuously optimizes security protection measures, enhancing data protection capabilities in response to technological developments and evolving security risks.

Local-First Data Design

VicastCam adopts a product design philosophy that prioritizes privacy protection.

For user-created content:

It is stored by default on the user's device;

Users can manage their files through the in-app backup feature;

Users have the autonomy to decide whether to export, save, or delete their content.

We strive to minimize unnecessary data collection, granting users greater control over their data.
